- Please have your Überweisungsauftrag forms completed and signed before approaching the teller window.
- Please write legibly using block CAPITAL letters within the allotted spaces. Do not write dashes, “X”s or cross out letters.
- The transfer details must be specific.
For example:
- Telephone bills must include the “Rechnungsnummer.”
- Traffic tickets must include the “Referenznummer.”
- Utility bills must include the “Kundennummer.”
- Incorrect or missing narratives will cause delays or rejects.
- The average processing time is five business days from the date you request the transfer.
- For recurring monthly payments such as rent, please take advantage of our Standing Payment Order Service. These bills can be deducted automatically from your Community Bank account for a small fee. Visit your local Customer Service associate when you wish to stop the automatic payment.
- You can also arrange for an automatic debit, “Lastschrift,” from your Community Bank account to the appropriate company, free of charge, to pay your monthly utility and telephone bills. Visit your local utility or telephone company when you wish to stop the automatic debit.
