Starting at the top and working your way down, complete and calculate the cash flows for each of the six general categories. Within each general category, you can set spending targets for more specific sub-categories of your choosing. Once you've computed the entire worksheet, the total available to save field will show either a positive or negative amount. You can then go back and edit your entries and recalculate until your total available to save field meets your goals. Once you're comfortable with your budget you can then click on the "Create Report" button at the bottom of the worksheet. This will create a condensed report in a new window that you can print out and refer to when creating your Savings Allocation Worksheet.
